Castello del Monferrato – Manica Lunga (UK)

This space is a casemate built either at the end of the 14^Th century or at the beginning of the following century. It is attached to the external walls of the castle, that, even if transformed into internal ones, still have the original decoration with a fascia of stepped bricks. On the opposite wall here are two French type V-shaped bombardiere. Even if they are closed, visitors can still see the circular loopholes that enabled soldiers to discharge the smoke coming out of their weapons.
